HUAYUN INLINE MIXER

Work Principle

The working chamber of the high shear inline mixer pump is equipped with one, two or three sets of rotors and stators. It adopts end suction and top discharge, horizontal cantilever structure, each stage has two to six layers, and is composed of one, two or three high-speed rotors and stators. The motor and the working head are elastically connected, and the bearings can be greased or oiled; it is easy to disassemble and assemble, and the cost of replacing parts is low; it adopts double-end mechanical seals; the applicable temperature is -20°C~140°C, and it needs to be customized if it exceeds the temperature range. A layer can be set outside the working chamber for cooling or heating.

working Requirements

Pressure <18bar, vacuum >0.3bar, material temperature <150℃, for every 1000mPas increase in viscosity, the nominal material flow rate will decrease by 20%, and it must be pumped in when the viscosity is around 3000mPas. Explosion-proof grade is Optional.

Working proces

1. The e high shear dispersing emulsifying inline mixer pump is a high-performance equipment used for continuous production or cyclic processing of fine materials. In the narrow space cavity, 1-3 sets of dual-bite multi-layer stators and rotors are installed. When the rotor rotates at high speed, it generates a strong axial suction force to suck the material into the cavity and start rapid processing.
2. After the material enters the equipment cavity, it is quickly dispersed, emulsified, and homogenized by the stator and rotor. The particle size distribution range is also significantly narrowed, and the material is mixed more evenly.

Emulsification (liquid-liquid), suspension (solid-liquid), aerosol (gas-liquid) and homogenization of coatings, paints, foods, coating materials, metal oxide suspensions, oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions, accelerating reactions, increasing the yield of active agents, nano-scale chemical products, etc.
