Recently, Hefei Huayun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. completed full quality inspections for a batch of hose pumps designed specifically for mining applications. The equipment has been loaded and shipped to multiple domestic mining enterprises, where it will be used in the transfer of critical materials such as slurry and tailings, providing reliable support for efficient and stable mining operations.

To address the challenges of high solid content, strong abrasiveness, and complex operating conditions in mining transportation, Huayun Machinery carried out targeted optimizations for this batch of hose pumps. The core components are made from high-strength wear-resistant materials, ensuring durability under long-term slurry conveyance and significantly extending service life. In addition, the pumps feature an optimized self-priming structure and anti-clogging design, effectively handling common issues such as sedimentation and material blockage, thereby reducing downtime and maintenance frequency while ensuring process continuity.
