Recently, a batch of industrial hose pumps from Hefei Huayun Machinery has passed production quality inspection, been fully packaged and shipped, and successfully exported to Vietnam. The pumps will be officially applied in local municipal and industrial sewage treatment projects, supporting the stable and efficient operation of Vietnam's environmental protection and water treatment projects.

Sewage treatment features complex water quality containing sediment, suspended solids, impurity particles and corrosive media, which imposes strict requirements on the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-clogging performance of conveying equipment. Traditional conveying equipment is prone to seal damage, blockage, leakage and frequent maintenance during sewage discharge, affecting the continuity of the entire water treatment system. Adopting a seal-free positive displacement structure with an impeller-free and non-clogging design, Huayun hose pumps can stably convey complex media such as solid-containing sewage, settled sludge and chemical agents, achieving zero leakage during operation and effectively avoiding secondary pollution.
